Before delivery
- Please make sure your address, pin code and phone number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If you are unavailable, the courier will usually attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the parcel to us.
- If a prepaid parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we will contact you to re-ship it or refund the order value minus shipping charges.
At delivery
- Do not accept a parcel that looks tampered with or badly damaged; ask the courier to note it, and contact us on WhatsApp at +91 99799 90777.
- We recommend recording an unboxing video when you open your parcel. It helps us resolve any damaged, wrong or missing-item claim quickly.
Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays can occasionally happen because of weather, strikes, festivals or other events outside our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, message us on WhatsApp at +91 99799 90777 or email globemerch77@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll follow up with the courier.
