1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Some products, such as cigarette cases, are intended for adults only. By ordering you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate name, address, email and phone details so we can deliver your order and contact you about it.
3. Products and compatibility
- Hipex replacement parts and filters are compatible (aftermarket) products. They are not manufactured, sold or endorsed by Ecovacs, Philips, Levoit or any other brand named on this website. Brand and model names are used only to describe compatibility and remain the trademarks of their owners.
- Each product page lists the models it is designed to fit. Please check your device’s model number before ordering. If a product does not fit a listed model, our Refund & Return Policy applies.
- We try to display products, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colour, finish or packaging may occur.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
- Prices and offers may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
- We accept cash on delivery and online payments (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets) through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or bank details.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or typographical error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the product. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the delivery address is not serviceable, we suspect fraud, or the order details are incorrect. Any amount paid for a cancelled order will be refunded in full.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds by our Refund & Return Policy.
7. Product use
Please follow your device manufacturer’s instructions when fitting parts and filters. Electrical products such as blower fans must be used with the supplied adapter, kept away from water and never left unattended near fire. GlobeMerch is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse or modification of a product.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the Hipex name and logo, text, product photos and design, belongs to GlobeMerch or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping content, posting false reviews, or using the website for any unlawful purpose.
10. Reviews and feedback
Reviews you post must be honest and must not contain offensive, unlawful or misleading content. We may remove any review that breaks these rules. By posting a review you allow us to display it on this website.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GlobeMerch is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
